Pepper Richardson
Director

Pepper Richardson grew up in Lima, Ohio.  Soon after graduation, Pepper became a Certified Emergency Medical Dispatcher and dispatched for both Ambulance and Fire Departments for 8 years. She then decided that it was time for a change of pace.  It was about that time that she moved to Fostoria, Ohio and took a position for an aluminum extrusion facility.  She rose through the ranks from Receptionist to Resource Coordinator where she handled all customer service, human resources and office administration.  When that facility closed in 2004, Pepper made the move to Grafton, Ohio where she now resides.  Pepper now keeps herself busy with her company; Pepper's Web Creations, working at Erie Coast Customs & Collision and raising her two children. Currently she serves as the Editor and Director of the Chamber of the Commerce. In her spare time Pepper enjoys photography, boating and supporting as many soldiers as she can by being a part of Soldiers Angel Network.
