Nichelle (Nikki) Puckett began working for Frank Clarke Agency at a young age. She obtained her property and casualty insurance license in 2004 and her life and health insurance license in 2007. Nichelle currently works at the Frank Clarke Agency, Inc. where she is the vice president and the head of personal and life lines. She graduated from Niagara University in 2008 where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a minor in Economics and Finance. In 2009 she graduated from John Carroll University with a Masters in Business Administration.
